Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirmed that the updated Qiwa employment contract now integrates with the Najiz portal (Ministry of Justice) for automatic authentication. This change allows employees to escalate contract and wage disputes directly through Najiz, without first involving the Labour Office.
