As discussed in our previous newsletter on the additional leave entitlements for mothers and their spouses, the Amendment to the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998) (No. 9) («Amended Act») was published in the Royal Gazette on 7 November 2025 and will become effective on 7 December 2025.
