17 September marked ECA’s annual Mobility Hub held on the South Bank in London. This year’s Hub brought together over 150 mobility leaders from across the UK & Europe to shape the future of global workforce management. ECA’s CEO Mark Ash started the day focusing on three key themes: agility, resilience and the ability to thrive in uncertainty – attributes that don’t make it onto a spreadsheet.
