This May, in celebration of the UNESCO World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development and EU Diversity Month, we invite you to join our annual free, open virtual Intercultural Storytelling Event. In our work with organisations worldwide, we see how working across cultures can lead to new ideas, better solutions, and stronger ways of working together. But there is one key factor: it only works when cultural differences are truly recognised. While we often focus on what we have in common, our experience shows that real value lies in embracing our differences.
