Effective 1st October 2025, the Czech Republic have tightened the reporting obligations of employers hiring foreign nationals. The start date of the foreign national worker must now be declared to the authorities at least 1 day prior to their commencement of work as opposed to the same day as previously required. Failure to meet reporting requirements may lead to penalties for the employer.
