Diversity in your team doesn’t guarantee better communication. Without a clear methodology, cultural differences can create friction rather than becoming a source of strength. To address this challenge, the ELEVATE workshop has been designed as a free three-hour online session aimed at helping participants turn diversity into a competitive advantage. Through a practical and experiential approach, attendees will work through the four stages of the methodology:
- Recognize, to identify invisible tensions and dynamics;
- Connect, to build trust across different perspectives;
- Elevate, to develop new ways of giving feedback and collaborating; and
- Implement with Impact, to transform learning into lasting team habits
The workshop also includes access to the ELEVATE WebApp with AI-assisted learning and is designed for HR professionals, trainers, consultants, leaders and facilitators working with multicultural teams. Participation is free upon registration.
